As another 600X owner I agree that the machine is/was a great piece of engineering. The laptop still functions as nicely as one could hope for.
At some point though the usability of a 650Mhz processor without builtin Wifi or USB 2.0 in today's world left something to be desired. Many of us have attachments to our favorite Thinkpads, so I wonder how many we have held on to, simply for old times sake. Speaking of which, anyone want a 380E that a customer never picked up?
