First of all thank you for your quick and accurate answers.
Actually the upgrade Vista -> Seven was quite easy with a fresh
(custom) install on my new HDD.
I encountered no problem at all.
Everything is working fine, except some little annoyance, such like
– the fingerprint reader doesn't work anymore
(I have found similar problem on the net but couldn't fix it
for now) ;
– some ThinkVantage programs that require to be run as Administrator
(ThinkVantage ToolBox or System Upgrade) do not run "well" when
started automatically (at startup).
But the whole Windows Seven system is working really great (far better,
faster than Vista), idem for others ThinkVantage softwares.

If I had known that before I would have reconsidered buying this model.
