Let's cap this issue and move on to more pertinent ThinkPad topics. What I've gathered from the responses is:
1. This really isn't that big of an issue, so let's not overblow it. 2. A majority of people responding continue to feel HTML e-mails are worthy of avoidance. 3. We're not forcing anyone to do anything, so people of different mindset may do what they want. I'll update the wording a bit and, with Jeffrey's permission, I'll use his link as the 'for more information' piece to this FAQ item. Thanks for all your input.
