Call again. If they're rude, demand to talk to a manager. If they're rude,
demand to speak to their supervisor. Someone, somewhere in the chain, will
be polite and helpful. It may take some time to find them though.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. I've never had a problem with
a Thinkpad, but others on this list have had more computers than I have.
