It seems like TProtocolException is exceedingly (read: completely) underused in the Java libraries. For instance, it looks like there is the expectation of being able to throw exceptions about negative size, but it's not thrown anywhere, despite the very real existence of situations where it could happen. Is there any rationale behind these omissions, or is it just an artifact of things not having been done yet? -Bryan
