Not your fault. IMO, it should be impossible to fully delete an attachment
unless you are some sort of magic administrator doing it for legal reasons. I
think deleted comments are still retrievable. In the future, would you mind
changing the patch name to something like t_html_generator-v2.patch instead of
replacing the original?
