Here's my first draft. This reimplements #read and #write methods in the
BinaryProtocolAccelerated C extension specifically on Struct. With a completely
empty Protocol (writes nothing), it's about 4x faster.
I still need to do a bunch of restructuring to make the C extension make sense,
but this is the gist of it. Reviews and comments much appreciated.
