I agree. I'm just not sure what the right fix is. The specs are more up to 
date, and do more than the Test::Unit tests. It's possible we could include 
mspec with the tests to fix the "runs out of the box" issue. I believe it's 
MIT, like the rest of Rubinius and RubySpec.
