I'd say the supported platforms are:
Compiler: Any POSIX system (including Cygwin and OSX), msys.
C++ Library: Linux, Recent BSDs, Solaris 10 (might be some open
patches on these), OSX?
Cocoa Library: Any OSX?
The Cocoa library should run on OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and OS X 10.5
(Leopard). I can't vouch or test for earlier versions though.
