I'd imagine there are many ways to improve the performance of the C# library.
Faster serialization and deserialization is something in particular I could
use, but I've been personally focusing on expanding our audience and feature
set--we have a few outstanding feature tickets that just need a little love
from their patch submitters before C# feature-wise becomes comparable to the
other first-class libraries.
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look into its feasibility in the code.
