The Visual Studio project and solution files reference a source code provider
(some Perforce, some SourceSafe) that Visual Studio tries to load at run-time.
We should remove these, as we do not use them. They are probably an artifact
from earlier non-Apache development. Their removal does not affect the logic
or functionality of the library.
