In few situations user would like to pass a open socket directly to TSocket for
construction. For example when we are behind proxy, letting library create a
socket connection would result in 'connection refused' but if he can open a
connection, negotiate with proxy server using CONNECT and then he can create
TSocket from this.
I required this small change in C++ and thus made a small patch with very few
changes. The code compiles and make test says "All 7 tests passed".
