Personally i would prefer the same order for ToC and Functions as within IDL
file.
however, I'm ready to agree with you.. voting is currently 2:1 ;-)
I think the order of ToC and Function descriptions within HTML should be the
same.
...at least for that I would propose a new patch.
And what about the Key attribute for the Data Types Tables? That's probably
another useful information for the report.
