I like the idea, but I'm not sure that's feasible. My expectation is that
we'll always have a certain number of tickets open at all times for unsolved
bugs and speculative new features. I would love for people to pitch in and
start sending in patches, but I don't think the number of issues should be a
limiting factor for anything.
