Fix For: 0.6
First goal is to get a basic version of the libraries ready. To pass this first
step, the code shall be compileable without warnings and pass a very basic
smoke test with Borland Delphi 7 on Windows.
The goal at this stage is *not* a full-featured complete set of libraries.
Also, support for newer Delphi versions and Free Pascal will be added later.
