New Thrift MSVC patch available

I have submitted a new version of my patch for Thrift-311. For details, and to download, go here:

It fixes a bug and improves the Windows configuration ability.
I have also posted a zip of the patched distribution in the file: thrift-808166-Patched.zip
This lets you try the Windows version without having to apply a patch on a *nix box.
