It's part of ivman. It's the program SUSE recommends to mount from
commandline. SUSE has no pmount package.

Currently, mounting from Thunar doesn't work on SUSE. 
@Benny: How to KDE/GNOME mount? They send D-BUS messages directly,
don't they?
