Hello! You might notice that my email subject matches the title of this ticket:
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9585 This is exactly what I've come to you to talk about today. You might notice my comment on this issue on 2014-02-05. It's now 9 months later with no motion on the ticket, so I wanted to bring it up here. On my system, I have a lot of different applications that make use of Ctrl+PgUp/PgDown to switch between tabs. This includes, in part: Firefox, HexChat, Thunderbird, MonoDevelop, and gvim. In fact, so many of my applications use this shortcut that I've bound it to buttons on my mouse. The only application I have installed that makes use of tabs but does not use this keyboard shortcut is Thunar. I can understand the desire to continue supporting a keybinding that is already established. But give me the opportunity to change it, please. On a less important note, thunar is also the only application where I have to double-middle-click to open something in a new tab. If that were an option, too, it'd be nice, but it's not so jarring as the lack of Ctrl+PgUp/PgDown support. -- Drew DeVault _______________________________________________ Thunar-dev mailing list [email protected] https://mail.xfce.org/mailman/listinfo/thunar-dev
