for those of you that want the features of the extension that you
*cannot have* with POP/SMTP like down loading mail from custom folders
in Hotmail and saving your sent messages on the Hotmail server as well
as in Thunderbird then the non-WebDav option will still work in the
extension. It will not be as stable as the WebDav option has been over
time and it will mean that your outgoing mail will have little
advertisements attached but it the extensions will still work for
you.
