As the subject line says my Yahoo Webmail INBOX has utterly and entirely DISAPPEARED 3 TIMES in the past couple of weeks...I mean the INBOX folder in Profile/Mail is GONE! It's happened 3 times in the past couple of weeks and once on my friend's computer. I had to do a restore from a backup to restore the inbox each time and lost some mail as I only do full back up about every other week. I searched and it appears others have also had this happen to them. It was suggested that it might have to do with the antivirus...I run Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 on my computers and my friend has Kaspersky Antivirus 2010 on her computer...So we both are using Kaspersky...However when I check to see if something was quarantined in the Antivirus there's nothing...
Since this has now happened 3 times in the past several weeks and on two different computers it's becoming extremely annoying and I have lost email (Unless I want to resort to copying the inbox on my computer everyday... So...What's going on...Anybody have any ideas? Like I said searching on "Inbox Disappears" for Webmail yields similar posts...
