I've seen this happen esporadically but has happend, when I send an email using the Webmail Yahoo extension it sends duplicates, first I thought it was yahoo groups or google groups, but also have tried sending individual mesages to my work email and I've seen that happen from time to time.. as I said is not something that happens commonly .
