When Thunderbird crashes for any reason the running instance of web
mail holds the ports that are assigned to it open and when Thunderbird
is restarted it can no longer grab the ports assigned to it.

Gentoo linux
Thunderbird 2.0.0.23
Webmail 1.3.3

I dont use the IMAP server.
