Give this try...I think it will work for you.  I don't have an owa
account to try it on but it should work if I understand correctly.

Sub your info for your domain and username where needed:

Under tools, addons:
Select domains
add your domain that is needed
(if you don't do this then your owa account will not be found)
uri setting "http://domain.com\username";

Under server settings:
Enter your user name as domain\[email protected]

Under Tools, addons:
Select options
Select login tab
  Make sure that "use domain in login request" is unchecked

Webmail is needing the @domain.com to select the owa extension. By
unselecting the above webmail will not send the "@domain.com" as part
of your login
