Hi :) Hotmail 1.2.28 has also stopped work for me. I went directly to the Hotmail site and I had a Terms and Conditions page come up that I had to agree with. I agreed with it.
After agreement Webmail no appears to check Hotmail and I get the little message in the bottom left corner of Thunderbird saying "There are no new messages on the server" The Hotmail server does have new messages but webmail does not think there are.
