actually if like the rest of us your only downloading a copy of the web page and not the actual file. Your probably only download a file the of 25.6K when the actual file was to be 136.8K. It is Page don't exist error message file. The webmail author has been having problems with Google on the file section and probably another of those problems again but do wish we all can the last xpi. Personally I have shut the Hotmail webmail account check in until I can get a new version.
