john, I can reproduce your problem all too easily and I have been in contact with the Webmail Author since just after you first posted. I have provided detailed information documenting my experience of the problem but, so far, the Webmail Author has been unable to reproduce the problem so I think that (rather like the main Hotmail problem at present) it is not one affecting all users.
My long experience of the Webmail Author is one of dedication to maintaining these add-ons and a determination to see problems through.
