I assume that this is the result of some change to the GMail/GAFYD UI. Since a few people say that they have sent log files to the extension author, I assume that he is working on this.
I have noticed recently that sometimes - but not always - GAFYD throws up a popup when I logout. Maybe this is part of Google's UI change that is confounding the extension.
