Hey Eugene... I know what a beta and a stable release is... I've
been testing software for over 10 years. That was not my question... I didn't know that this section here isn't supporting file uploads so I was confused seeing the last file here being the 1.3.11b, I thought maybe it's newer than 1.3.11, and thought it might be a newer revision of 1.3.11. I +1 your question: "How and where are we as a group going to get the new beta releases of the webmail add-on and updates its related add-ons?"
