I found the problem, Thanks Chris for the advice, that 'pointer' is in the profiles.ini "Path=C:\Mail\Profile"
I found the answer here http://kb.mozillazine.org/Moving_your_profile_folder Firefox, Thunderbird and SeaMonkey 2 If some add-ons don't work after moving your profile, open the profile folder and delete these files (they will be regenerated): [1] * compreg.dat * extensions.cache * extensions.ini * extensions.rdf * pluginreg.dat (not applicable to T-Bird) So there's the answer.
