Received "Plain Text" email, is the same as Sent "Plain Text" email when using Thunderbird 8.0 / WebMail 1.4.5 / WebMail - Yahoo 1.5.5 (Tested by sending a "Plain Text" email to AOL, Yahoo, and Gmail, email recipients).
It might be helpful if you post the version number for Thunderbird, and WebMail & WebMail-Yahoo extensions, that you are using.
