I always get negative vibes when I first open TB, and I click Retry
and OK a few times and never usually see it again.  I always assumed
that TB was trying to access the localhost before it was fully
initialised, and that after it initialised everything is fine.  Every
so often I will get the same issue for a few hours or a day, and then
it resolves.  I have always put that down to an issue with Yahoo,
rather than the extension, because it resolves itself again with no
intervention.
