Try this version of the Hotmail 1.3.9b7. I change the install file so it can install in TB3 but beware there may be still problems as it was to install only on TB9.

This is due both major and minor changes have occurred since the start of TB5 which require reprogramming it so is compatible with the latest Gecko engine. It will not work even if it was install in TB3.
