That is the problem among others that I am having; it is installed in the
profile but won't show up in the add-on section of TB10. The file extension
id {3c8e8390-2cf6-11d9-9669-0800200c9a66.xpi} is the webmail extension.
This is what my problem is; everything was there under TB9; except for, the
disappearing Gmail add-on. I have repeatedly try to install Webmail as well
as the other extensions, it goes through the install and asks for the
restarts as usually just won't appear in the add-ons. I did not install in
the directory directory but use TBs install tool.
There was several reports of what was going on with Gmail add-on but no one
ever fix that problem either. I was using a work around here to keep it
going until a solution could be found but it appears that is not even going
to work anymore.
