I was using POP3 and IMAP for these, but my work is now blocking ports 995 and 993. I've been using the Yahoo extension with no issues. For Gmail, I install the extension and it works for two accounts, not a third, I have no idea why. Bigger problem is when I close and reopen thunderbird the extension stops responding, cannot see Gmail domain, if I click options on the gmail extension it locks thunderbird. I have to uninstall, restart, reinstall, restart, and it works on 2 accounts again for a while.
For Hotmail, I never got it to work. I tried the betas in the other threads here and no difference. I tried no security and both other settings.
