To all Hotmail users: This extension is no longer needed to access Hotmail
using IMAP. Thunderbird can now access Hotmail using IMAP directly. I
removed my Hotmail account from Thunderbird and then added it again and
IMAP support was the default setup. This may be why the extension is no
longer being supported.
