#5808: Controller::postConditions broken with FormHelper::dateTime

 I am using a FormHelper::DateTime element in my form, and when I parse the
 posted $this->data array through the Controller::postConditions function,
 it doesn't condense the dateTime output into something that works for
 conditions.
