How to reproduce:
1. Use the media view $this->view = 'Media'
2. Set the 'id' parameter to a file path that does not exists
3. Set debug level to '2'

Actual output: Blank page with no information on why it is not working
Desired output: Error describing that the file could not be found and the
path name
