* status: new => closed * resolution: => invalid Comment: view caching needs an update to work with memcache. The current setup of storing a controller object will not allow for storing in memcache. I am closing this ticket because there are others related to it. The answer is not to adjust the cache() function, but to adjust the data that is cached. The cache() function will be completely removed in future releases. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.cakephp.org/ticket/6121#comment:1> CakePHP : The Rapid Development Framework for PHP <https://trac.cakephp.org/> Cake is a rapid development framework for PHP which uses commonly known design patterns like ActiveRecord, Association Data Mapping, Front Controller and MVC.
