Comment:

 Its the intended behavior, of Paginator helper, it was designed to change
 sort orders for you.  If you need a link that doesn't adapt to the current
 parameters. Then use [http://api.cakephp.org/class/html-helper#method-
 HtmlHelperlink HtmlHelper::link]  The links generated with it, do not
 change, and should give you the result you are looking for.

 I think that the changes you made, might break a few features in Paginator
 too.
