#6162: bake points you to download an obsolete testsuite

In cake 1.2, when you're baking the default testsuits, it will warn you
that you don't have it installed and tell you to download it:
You can download the Cake test suite from
http://cakeforge.org/projects/testsuite/
Which is incorrect. It should tell you to download SimpleTest and place
it in /app/vendor or /cake/vendor.
