in line 221 of file cake/libs/model/datasources/dbo_source.php:

return $this->fetchAll($args[0]);
}}}
is not passing the second parameters like this:
{{{
return $this->fetchAll($args[0], $model->cacheQueries);
}}}
i think this is the problem.
