RIght now, the exit status of e.g. {{{run-tests.php}}} is always 0. A
second argument (defaulting to {{{false}}} at least for 1.0.x) should be
added to {{{AgaviTesting::dispatch()}}} that, when set to true, will
trigger a call to {{{exit()}}} with the same status code that PHPUnit
would use.
