I want to know if I can "detect" IE in my CSS...

My reason is, that I have a "Zoom" plugin for Firefox, which works
nicely (but not on a *local* tiddlywiki). So I want to have
if IE then
  body { font-size: 110%; }

is this possible in CSS?

Regards,
-Reenen
