Sometimes when I'm typing into a tiddler, my mind goes into VI mode
and I'll hit ESC, losing the work. Is there a way to prevent the ESC
key from closing a tiddler? This is a feature I almost never need.

Or, better yet, is there a way to map keys to tasks? A key to create a
new tiddler, or to bring up a frequently accessed tiddler (daily task
list, grocery lists, etc.).

Thanks!
Mark
