This is more of a comment, though if anyone has a fix for future reference that's cool too.
Using TiddlySnip, I apparently created a tiddler where the title had a pipe (|) in it. This pipe makes part of the title appear to be a link. So any reference to the tiddler ends up opening a browser tab instead of letting you access the tiddler to fix the title. The tiddler was unreachable from within TW. I ended up fixing this using a text editor. If there's a better solution, I'd be interested.
