You could use the built-in option macro, e.g.:
     <<option txtMyVar>>
This creates (and populates) the variable config.options.txtMyVar.

Well, once you have the inputs in a variable, you can do pretty much 
anything you like with them.

You could either go with the standard way and create DOM elements, or 
use TiddlyWiki's wikify function to generate HTML from wiki markup.
