In regards to username and password, I seen some articles about opening multiple gmail accounts at the same time. What ever that method is should be convertible to TW as both use cookies to manage accounts (as does my bank, social sites, etc).
OK, kind of scratch that idea: All the solutions are pretty much where we are at. The best one I saw was a Firefox extension that lets you use a dropdown to pick between accounts. I think it would then autorefresh so that you got into the new account.
