Okay so first I download the html file at the manage firefox privileges site and an interface to manage per-file privileges in Firefox section right? So that downloads and opens up the manage firefox privileges page as a tab on my firefox browser. It doesn't install a new tab in my backstage named Security, how to I achieve that.
Also you mentioned that other site http://icanhaz.com/firefoxprivileges being down, what is the alternative route is it the "How to for TiddlyWiki Users" section on the manage firefox privileges site. I have to say I think that site is confusing. Which step do I take there? Also you mention drag the privileges Bookmarklet to your Bookmarks Toolbar. But on my tiddlywiki page I don't have a bookmark toolbar.
