Using http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#QuickEdit_convert which is part of http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#QuickEditPackage You can select a TW table definition (in edit mode), and change lines like this: |A|B|C| into lines like this: A,B,C which you can then paste into Excel and process as "comma-separated value" input.
