I am sorry but the new font does not help. It is still the same. I even reboot my computer to make sure the new font are used. I found there is a workaround here, http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel/browse_thread/thread/61bf1226d39ecf1d/43c7bc4982ca1691?lnk=gst&q=jsmath#43c7bc4982ca1691 But it is just for sage, I don't know how to add it into the tiddlywikiki jsmath plugin. Thanks a lot even though.
